At ess ess Enterprises, we stand behind the quality of our commercial coffee and popcorn machines. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging with all accessories
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Certain products are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom or specially ordered machines
  • Machines with removed serial numbers
  • Products damaged due to misuse

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at ess.enterprises786@gmail.com or +91 88823 29044 within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Ship the item to our warehouse (address provided with RMA)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Credit will be applied to your original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

Depending on your bank/credit card company, it may take additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Provide photos/video of the damage
  • We will arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you
  • In some cases, we may issue a full refund instead

5. Warranty Information

All our commercial machines come with:

  • 1-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects
  • Warranty covers parts replacement
  • Does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

For warranty claims, please contact our service department with your purchase details.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Shipping and handling charges
  • Installation or training services
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers
  • Machines modified after purchase
