At Ess Ess Enterprises, we strive to deliver your commercial coffee and popcorn machines safely and efficiently. Below you'll find detailed information about our shipping policies for India and USA.

Shipping to India

Domestic Shipping Options
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • White Glove Delivery: Scheduled delivery with installation assistance (additional charges apply)
Key Information
  • All orders processed within 1-2 business days
  • Free standard shipping on orders over ₹50,000
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time
  • Signature required upon delivery for all machines
Important Notes for India:
  • We ship to all major cities and towns across India
  • For Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and North-East states, please allow 3-5 additional business days
  • Customs clearance (if applicable) is the responsibility of the recipient

Shipping to USA

International Shipping Options
  • Economy Shipping: 10-15 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 7-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days (additional charges apply)
Key Information
  • All international orders processed within 2-3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $1,500 (economy shipping only)
  • All shipments include tracking and insurance
  • Commercial invoices provided for customs
Important Notes for USA:
  • Recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes - physical address required
  • Some states may have additional regulations for commercial equipment
  • Voltage converters may be required (110V vs 220V systems)

Order Processing

All orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order ships
  • Delivery notification from the carrier

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package:

  • For India shipments: Through our partnered courier websites (Delhivery, FedEx, etc.)
  • For USA shipments: Through the international carrier's website (DHL, UPS, etc.)

If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any problems with delivery:

  • Damaged Package: Do not accept delivery. Take photos and contact us immediately.
  • Missing Package: Contact us if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it.
  • Delayed Shipment: Check tracking for updates. Contact us if delay exceeds 5 business days beyond estimate.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to the following:

India Restrictions
  • Certain union territories without proper commercial infrastructure
  • High-security zones requiring special permissions
USA Restrictions
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) - contact for special arrangements

Large Equipment Shipping

For our commercial-grade machines:

  • Specialized freight shipping is used for heavy equipment
  • Delivery is curbside only unless white glove service is purchased
  • Recipient must be available to accept and inspect delivery
  • Proper unloading equipment (forklift, pallet jack) may be required
